So many hidden fees and ridiculous charges! This could all be done so much easier and more honest than saying things cost one amount and then constantly adding more fees.

Turbo tax sucks

There app sucks and money hogs galore. Hard to understand, used to be simple to do your own taxes, now have to pay thru the nose to do ourselves, and can not, afford to have a tax payer do for us.

Not my favorite, but it works

Navigating to different parts of entry was difficult. Couldn't upload pdf file, camera kept opening instead. Often got timed out and had to answer questions repetitively.
