This was the worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes. TurboTax did not allow me to file my taxes electronically because of an error on a 1098-T Wks from Desert Financial Credit Union. TurboTax said that the ZIP code was incorrect, but it was actually the state that was incorrectly entered (it should have been Arizona but for some reason it was marked Indiana.) All the other information was correct, but instead of allowing me to change the state, Turbo Tax required me to change the ZIP code which was the right ZIP code.
Works as expected but predatory pricing practices.

Over charges for what it delivers. Actively attempts to trick people into buying higher tier services that are not needed. Does what it is supposed to do and lets you file taxes, import previous info, and offers direct deposit, identity protection and audit protection. Also once you choose a higher tier on one tax year you can't downgrade the next year even if you tax situation is simplier. Premium will not allow you to downgrade to Delux. Will probably use H&R next year if it's gonna be $160 to file a single W2 1040 with one 1099.
Turbo Tax saves me hours. Since my personal information is in the system, and I am able to download my W-2 and banking 1099's, I can quickly submit our contributions and I am done!!!
