This year, (2025), I decided not to use your MAX/Expert service because they were unable to help me last year. I wanted to enter my homes mortgage interest but was unable to do so. WHY did I have to enter my driver's license????

Full of dark patterns that attempt to up-sell you to products you do not need. Or trick you into giving personnel information to them.
However, it is really nice to be able to do my taxes online. And to keep much of the information from previous years.
Hopefully, the Intuit lobbyists will fail to keep the government from providing free tax filing software for everyone, and we can have a user-friendly tool to file taxes. Someday...
