Turbo was not too good this time.

It took me 5 hours to do the taxes. I had the Premium but wish I could've used the Deluxe instead. The only reason I had to go with Premium was because of the land sale of 1099S. The Deluxe was way more user-friendly, especially for the donations. I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 8 years, but this one really got me.

Kinda Frustrating this Year

i have been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes since 2004. Ran into some bugs this year, which made filing take much longer! Also, when I went to file, I wanted to change where my refund was going, and couldn't figure out how to do it, even after reading the help on the issue. I ended up paying with the incorrect bank information, but selecting that I wanted to split the refund. That prompted a new screen where I could enter accurate information. However, it took 45 minutes of my time, plus trying to do it in a new browser, to get it figured out!

Not a User Friendly Program

The program really needs work, The ability to go back and fix issues or review issues) is near impossible. I really don't like using TurboTaX.

Excellent Tax Filing Program

Easy to use. I like that it retains information from my prior year's tax returns. I start it towards the end of December and then add information after the year end date finalizes. That makes it super quick and easy to file the taxes when I'm ready.

Turbo Tax online walked me through the process and I was able to update and file my return without any additional costs.
