Super easy, well explained and recommended to everyone. Thank you for making this free for military, even though I personally think we should pay something for the help from Turbo tax, like a 10% discount would be reasonable. But thank you for giving this free for us.

coinbase turbotax integration is terrible

the phone support was great
fix your coinbase integration because that took me a whole extra 3 hours to figure out because your automated import system did not work
even the manual system had to be adjusted

I have used this method pay my taxes annually for over 15 years. It is easy, and accurate. The software literally walks you through the entire process. It supplies all the forms, does all the computations, and ensures you are entering everything correctly. Don't be afraid. Just try it.

Loss of Tracker

Overall good. The loss of the tracker at top of the page was a big issue. It did not appear until Federal Review was complete. I'll likely rethink tax prep software next year if this does not return.
