TurboTax needs to rethink their "additional" fees

Expensive. And I didn't appreciate that $40 fee tacked toward the end to process money being taken from my return to cover Tubro Tax's service. I barely got anything back in the end, and I already expected to not get much this year. I'm probably going to go see someone in person to do my taxes next year as I feel Turbo Tax is being predatory at this point.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Will not be using TurboTax again

I have used TurboTax for years, but this new software is awful. There were times when I couldn’t go in to edit things and I had to get out of it and come back in it. It didn’t Automatically asked me for Social Security income. I had to search for it. No longer keeps tabs while you’re going through the forms as to what your. anticipated refund or The amount due is. Paying $80 is definitely not worth it and it will be the last year that I use TurboTax. It is no longer user friendly.

Better Product

I usually use TurboTax disc which was not available. I had trouble with the online version. I was pleasantly surprised that this online version was much easier. Thanks for improving it but I still like the disc.
