Gone downhill

Really gone down hill.
I'm pretty sure I chose the $89 option, but when they ran my card, it was for $119 + tax.
Also, the forced "upgrade" options over and over were tedious.
This year, there was a weird glitch, too. It had me scrolling on a document, but when I tried to scroll, buttons and lines and names disappeared. I had to go completely out of the section and start again. Also, was recycling things I'd already completed. Not impressed, TurboTax.

This is the first year that I really had trouble using TurboTax... for one thing, had me going in circles to review, review, review. When I had gone over the entries many times. Also, kept pushing me to upgrade the service, and then when I did, found out that the upgraded options couldn't be used without sharing the return data. That is just plain silly. Now if you promised to keep the info within Intuit, I could see it. But I have no faith that other companies, or associates as you put it, will be as careful. So I went ahead and did the OK, but it is with foreboding. I will think long and hard before choosing TurboTax next year

Turbotax used to be good

Return keeps getting rejected, can't edit the document because "you've already e-filed". How else are you supposed to fix it, the auto "fix my return" button doesn't seem to do anything. - Seems like turbotax also tries real hard into funneling you into several extra unwanted apps like credit karma to try and sell you credit cards and loans now because we all love unnecessary bloatware feeding us unwanted ads. Have used them for years, seems like it's time to change.

AMAZINGly INDEPTH! Love being able to use QuickBooks for business and TurboTax for all personal. amazing suite of products, very capable system. And decent prices, leaves you with good mental peace knowing how much you can do to ensure accuracy on all documents.
