TurboTax is the best!!

Very easy to use! step by step instructions. Great value for the payment. Even if you have investments, savings account, properties and such it is very simple to use Turbo Tax.

TurboTax is awesome!

TurboTax's interface was beautiful, clean, and easy-to-use. I loved the ability to open up a side pane to read more in-depth explanations, and I loved that the TurboTax software showed which situations are uncommon, to help clue in the reader on how to answer the question.

TurboTax easy once you know what to do

Turbo Tax is easy to use for me, as I don't have complicated income sources or additional incomes outside an employer. I like that they allow me to take their fee straight from my refund, allowing me to easily do what I need to do without opening my wallet. Only thing that was tricky, for this year exclusively, was that I had a 1099 AND a w-2. Wish the system would have prompted to ask if I had one or both types of tax forms to use instead of just assuming I had one or the other. It was still simple enough to go back in and edit to add the other form, but was concerning that I could so easily move forward without attaching both incomes in one go.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved

The process of filing is easy, but they charge me 40 dollars to deposit the money into my bank account. That is not good practice. The 40 dollars is on top of the federal and state filing fees. Next time I will probably use someone else
