Had to call over price charged, no location for discount you people keep emailing me, very unprofessional. A young lady named April assisted and she was a total professional! I had a issue with capital losses from a few years ago and your 2024 program could not handle it. I waited a week and checked the internet and I'm not the only one having issues but not a word from you and the issue, good work. Guess after twelve years I need to look around to see what other company's offer, you folks seem to forgotten what customer service is.

On-line app was slower this year. I don't like how I am constantly being upsold. Some of the wording and placement of buttons are purposely misleading.
