TurboTax was easy to use, with clear and easy-on-the-eyes buttons, font, bubbles, and images. The "learn more" button was always helpful, as was the very clear AI overview provided as to why I owe. TurboTax made my first time filing taxes on my own so easy and smooth!

Used Turbo Tax online for the first time. Had been downloading and running it from my PC. Overall very easy to use. They provided a wide range of financial institutions to import data from.
Only issues: I would like it to be easier to navigate between form questions and the actual forms. A bit confusing filling out 1099-B for non-covered shares because turbo tax had a round about way to enter the cost basis for non-covered shares.

I Received a Turbo Tax email stating that one of my e-filings was rejected I worked with Christina for over an hour, although the file was not fixed immediately, I did receive a new email today and I believe I was able to fix the rejected file. I really appreciate Christina's patience and unwillingness to NOT give up, i would give her a 10++ rating.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
