I have used this for years and while they are really helpful in getting everything you need and the help you need, I feel like the cost is too high considering it is my internet and electricity and fingers doing the typing. I mean shouldnt the cost be going down for long standing, faithful customers?

I prefer the old format of Turbo Tax. I like having the disc and it was easier to find what I needed to work on. I was forced to use a more expensive version than I needed. I'm not very pleased.
