When it comes to low income people the filing fees are a little too much, even though all of you think it is a little amount. To us it is a big amount out of our refund that we had hoped for and planned to pay off a bill or two!

One or two time consuming functions to resolve

Very good but I had a few issues with getting my RMD entry accepted. Took more time than I thought to reenter and it was ultimately accepted.

As someone who recently became employed for a job that issues a W-2 and also someone who is also filing freelance income for the first year in their life, I'm really glad it was easy to file taxes on my own this year, I have Turbo Tax to thank for that. I hope it's always this easy for the rest of my life. Thank you everybody.

More difficult to use than past years.

I completed two tax filings and had problems with both. I do not like the fact that you change the level along the way even when i selected no. I spoke with one person on the first filing who could not help me and suggest i might want to start over. I found the area where I could resolve the problem and was able to progress. The second filing, when I asked a question was directed by AI and could not get the information. Finally was directed to tax tools where I could figure it out. Have used this program for years but may have to look for something else.
