Hidden fields are problematic

I was stuck at the end because Turbo Tax pulled in data incorrectly from a photo upload, but there is no field on the user interface to make the correction. Specifically, Turbo Tax populated the wrong state for a financial institution on a 1099-INT upload and there is no way to correct it. During the final review, the screen kept asking me to update the zip code to match the state when in actuality, the state was the incorrect element. Even the contact center could not help me.

Making Tax Preparation Easy!

Turbo Tax made the tax preparation process easy, even though I was self-preparing. Any thing I did not know I could easily hit a question mark or had the option of contacting a professional tax preparer. Loved it!

The interface is good. There are some issues that cause "looping" that are difficult to figure out at times.
