Works okay, but repeated interruptions to attempt to upsell are annoying, and cloying tone of the UI gets on my nerves.
Further: this ought to be a free service of the government, but blood-sucking leech companies like Intuit spend millions to lobby against that.

You finally drove me away

Why are you asking if I want to start working on a section? just ask me if it applies or not. Way more clicks than needed for simple navigation. Hidden fees of efile and 5 days early not easy to go back and change options for alternate selections. The hard sell on upgrades throughout is irritating, have used Turbo tax for 20+ years but will be switching after this year.
