It just makes everything so easy! I love that they save so much information from previous years to make things even quicker, and they made some complex things (regarding a new business we started) easy to understand.

TurboTax is worse than doing it manually

I had to manually type in the cost basis of about 200 items and click through to say no special things applied. It was a pain in the rear. I'm not using TurboTax next year.

The upgrade popups were very frequent and added considerable time to the process. It also looped me through steps multiple times. It did not make clear that even small investments(profits under 20 dollars) would kick you out of the free option.
