Turbo Tax has an excellent opening questionnaire that asks every pertinent question to ensure that all tax and finance situations are covered to ensure that reporting is factual and correct.

Love Turbo Tax

I use turbo tax because it is easy to use, it pulls my investment info from my investor, if I have questions about what Turbo Tax is asking there are links on each page I happen to be on, it finds every tax break it can for me and makes filing my taxes easier.

This was a negative experience, as always, as TurboTax attempts to nickel and dime and upsell users at every turn, and then has the almighty gall to insist on a $40 fee to deduct their outrageous fees from the user's tax refund.

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to do tax returns. I have been using them for years now and am very happy with how fast and efficient the product is.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
