Turbo Tax is Terrible! Ripoff! Waste of Time!

My wife and I filed married jointly filing. She sent in her return without you asking for any of my W-2’s. I did my taxes and filed only to be rejected because my wife had already submitted hers. I was receiving a substantial amount more of a tax refund than her and now I’m not sure if I’ll even get it. I paid over $200 to file and got nothing in return. I could have done it for free with the correct results using the IRS website for free. Will not be using you again.

TurboTax is my Go-To tax filing tool

I have been filing my taxes using TurboTax for many years. It is straight forward and intuitive. I like that my previous years are on file for reference as well. If I ever need help there are accountants available to answer questions.

Turbo Tax is very easy and if you have problems, they will walk you through the process so that it is correct!! I have used Turbo Tax for 24 years and have never had a problem!!

Turbo Problem

1) the program used last years return, but would not me remove unneeded items
2) after i efile-ed to irs and an error was found and the return rejected. I cou th to ea accounts2not find my return to edit apparently due to 2 accounts. After a while i was able to login correctly, fix the return, but the exit back to refile was way too long, covering things I thought un-necessary.
3) the total on the return was $4 higher; why?
4) overall my use of TurboTax has devolved over the years with confusion. Hence the 3star review
