Frustrated, but solved

TurboTax is really easy to use. I had a lot of problems this year with the Military discount that involved me on the phone for 2.5 hours in total (many calls). We finally got it fixed with a service code and an amazingly helpful customer representative. I would give her 5*, if I could. She was great! TurboTax needs to make sure the discounts they offer on their website actually work so military members don't have to spend hours on the phone frustrated.

I have used this for a few years. The information is pretty much the same, with some updated numbers. I'm not sure why it needs to be so expensive.
