Easy to use

Mostly pretty easy, but had some hiccups with 1099-K hobby entry. Made me go back and review it multiple times. Maybe a bug. It is a bit expensive for something that should technically be free and provided by gov.

Shouldn't have had to upgrade

I was forced to upgrade to the next level product because I had one stock sale and the 1099 didn't have the cost basis. I don't think I should have had to pay extra when I could have simply entered the cost basis myself. I've used TurboTax (the disk) before and didn't have to upgrade for this.

Good Product But Too Expensive

Product is good, but it's a bit expensive for what I need. Had to upgrade by paying an additiona $60 because of one investment made that yielded $62. Ridiculous. The process should have only taken 2 hours but actually took 4. Again, good product, just too expensive for what you get.

TurboxTax Is Improving But Still Needs More Work

It's too hard to find your way around the interview interface. I wasted a whole bunch of time trying to figure out where and how to enter the amounts we paid for health insurance premiums so they could be deducted. Also, sometimes when I asked questions in the sidebar to the right I could good information quickly. Sometimes it was gobbledygook, irrelevant. The quality was uneven. On the bright side, the user interface was pretty quick and the type size is pretty large )good for aging eyes) and the type contrast is good for legibility.

Turbo Tax is getting more intrusive and a PITA

The constant barrage of ads and trying to get me to sign approval for you to use my information has to stop. If i decline it once. Stop asking and don't make it seem like i need to sign it as part of my filing.
