TurboTax is my trusted friend

I know I have options to file my returns for a smaller fee elsewhere, but I love the piece of mind I get with TurboTax. They make it so easy for me to understand each part of filing taxes and to really make sure I am getting the best deductions and maximizing my credits. I love them and use them every year!

TurboTax is easy to use

I found TurboTax to be clear and easy to use. It asked all the right questions. I appreciate that it imported much of my information from my financial institutions and started me off with the information from the previous years' tax return.

I really hope the government creates a solution for this product to be moot. I'm fairly certain their practices are illegal. I was advertised an $80 fee in the beginning, but they failed to disclose an additional $39 to file for the state (which it's free to file in the state) AND my charge was magically increased to $138 at the end.
Scammy practices lead by a disgusting team. I'd feel bad recommending this to my greatest enemy.
I would almost guarantee even the employees don't file on turbotax.
