Turbo Tax is good, Promotion of adds ons was not!

The $35 early processing fee was not clealy explained.
Turbo Tax cleverly guided me into LIVE Turbo tax at more expense in a way that way much of my time.
Other feature and value are very great.

Why is it so expensive )-: I used TurboTax in the past because it was affordable and now it's become so much! Very user friendly but too expensive!

Changes/Updates More Confusing

I've used TurboTax for several years now. This year was VERY VERY confusing... It kept pulling me back to the main screen instead of continuing forward onto the next section, I didn't see my return estimate as you move along, I also didn't see a place where it asked about home sales so I had to search for it and add it to my filing (I believe it used to ask this as it is a fairly common situation and I almost thought I was simply exempt based on other factors - which turns out I owed taxes on the sale so glad I added it)... Finally when I finished, it was difficult to even tell if I finished the whole filing as it appeared that I was only finishing the state portion... Numerous changes this year that diminished clarity and comprehensiveness.
