Good except for one sticking point

Overall a great product. Significant drawback is that you can't see (or difficult to navigate to) detail of income and expenses in a single page format until you are filing. Maybe that is technology beyond my limited capabilities, but being able to see the summary/detail in a single page would really help.

You get constant attempts to upsell you.

The product is fine, but the constant attempts to upsell in the middle of preparing and filing the return is obnoxious.

filing and paying were difficult because i had to change my bank account and it forced me to pay with a credit card first for the fee rather than deduct from refund

Turbo Tax is great!! I believe this is my 9th year using the service. Sid and Adolpho were tremendous with helping me through several technical issues.

Not good at transferring file upload information. Info is sometimes incorrect having to correct or add. Why the fees so high just to get assistance. This will probably be my last year doing it with Turbo Tax, Im going to try another service next year. Fees or up there too. Live assistance shouldn't cost, AI should be able to handle that. I hope Turbo Tax dives in on their tech for innovation.

very thorough & gives tons of explanations for everything but. I did have to delete my state tax return & start it over because I put a value of $0 in 1 of the fields & even after taking it away it still kept giving me an error code. So I had to restart the sate tax return.
