I want my $40 back

Y'all tricked me into paying $40 more instead of just using my credit card. When I noticed the $40 and tried to go back to change the payment method, you made it literally impossible to get back to the page where I selected the payment method. I gave up out of frustration. Total rip off.

It is pretty easy unless you have other forms to add like 1099s and then they charge you for all these ridiculous fees when you are done.
