horrible - takes forever to find stuff not obvious and other issues. also, expensive. even submission of this is a pain like why do you need unique nickname?

Turbo tax is easy to use. I have been using it for the last five years to do my taxes, and as long as I am organized with my documents, I can trust that the process will be smooth and accurate.

TurboTax gets significantly worse every year

TurboTax gets more confusing every year. The explanation of how my HSA impacts my taxes was extremely hard to understand and leaves me really worried about my return. Not being able to easily find the files that TurboTax generates on my behalf and review them is also extremely stressful. I remember TurboTax being a significantly higher quality product in 2016 and am wondering if the product designers from back then should be re-hired if they have left the company. I feel like it's also pretty insulting that I'm paying $200 for a product that enables me to pay the government even more money.
