not user-friendly. Lots of fixes needed. Prog put me into Premium when it wasn't needed at all.

Turbo Tax is user friendly and GREAT!

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. I love that it is simple to access tax forms from banks and they save information from the previous year. I also enjoy the feature where you can take pictures of tax documents with your phone and instantly upload them to the program.

The constant, multiple requests to upsell me were irritating. Also, when I went back to add something, I was unable afterward to simply jump ahead to where I was. I had to repeat all the sections in between.
