TurboTax is almost awesome.

Some questions were confusing and I had to use AI or a friend to clarify some questions for me. If they can do a better job explaining some questions that would be great, otherwise I'll continue to use AI and family or friends to help me through the questions.

TurboTax is amazing!

This year marks 7 years since I've been using TurboTax. My favorite thing about TurboTax is how easy the prompts are! Even when I am unsure about something, there's a gadget to help further explain what is being asked of you. This may seem like a small thing, but I love that I do not have to manually enter all of my information from my W-2's. The upload feature is convenient, like everything else with TurboTax!
They are amazing and I will continue to recommend and use their services!

Overall good experience. Negative would be difficult adding Crypto gains/losses and income. To add crypto misc income it forces me to set as business income but it's not a business. Also couldn't import docs from CryptoTax Calculator.

TurboTaxing for YEARS

I've been using TurboTax for YEARS (back when I received the CD in the mail). I like that it walks me through what I don't know to help figure out what I need to enter and what decisions would benefit me. But it still allows me to decide. In addition to the guiding questions, it still provides links and ? to see additional information for understanding.

should do a better job of storing prior year income sources. I shouldn't have to manually enter any income sources that didn't change from the previous year.
