Unnecessary fees!!!

The product itself is easy to use and very helpful but THE FEES!!! It can not be that serious to charge fees to use your return to pay for filing your federal return, then fees to file state, then more fees to send you your refund. It's insane and I hate that you take advantage of people like that over and over again!
