They didn't pickup on my error until.days later. Ivey gotten the anticipation loan every year for the last 4 years and they wouldn't this year so I paid $178 to file for nothing when I could have done it for free. Definitely disappointed!

Federal went through great. I keep having software errors with state. Did it all on website. Tried downloading the app to fix it and it took me back to the website.

Good product but miss the refund tracker

TurboTax makes the tax-filing process easier and I have been using it for several years now. I was a little disappointed this year to see that they removed the entry-by-entry refund tracker that used to be in the top left hand corner
