I like that there are checks and double checks, but there are times it seems just for the sake of emphasis and to get more sales, there is a huge and annoying amount of redundancy. And it’s tiresome and makes taxes on Turbo tax seem even worse.

You make filing a complicated tax return easy. Your step by step Instruction is very simple. You can't go wrong by filing with TurboTax. It is the best software for taxes. I used TurboTax for many years now and I am very satisfied with the product. Thank you TurboTax for making my life easier.

Why I’ll Never Leave TurboTax Again

Last year, I made the mistake of using a chain tax preparer and immediately regretted it. I felt like just another number—there was no personal touch, and it didn’t seem like they cared about maximizing my return. Switching back to TurboTax this year was a breath of fresh air, and I’m kicking myself for ever straying. I’m genuinely excited to take control of my taxes again with TurboTax. While it’s not the simplest process, their platform does an incredible job of guiding you step-by-step to the finish line. They offer various levels of support, but I found I didn’t even need it—TurboTax made it that smooth and straightforward.

Turbo Tax has changed!

I have used TurboTax for years without issues. This year it was extremely difficult to navigate the newer features of the program. I had to get help from a representative to delete a form that I did not need. I want last year's Turbo Tax back!
