Charge way too much. $200+ is crazy. Next year I will be finding an alternative... This is ridiculous
Yes, helpful but for that price, I can find somewhere else. This is all bc of capital losses that were from a year or two ago that I cant seem to just get out of the way. That means next year you will try to do the same. Im going to lose the same amount to you as I did on the loss. so, 20k in the hole... real helpful

Turbo tax is good

I find it difficult to remove the auto billing of an old Turbo Tax renewal that has not been unused since 2015 that you keep billing me for in the amount of $120.00 each year. Since my wife and I are now retired and do not have much income to report I will still continue to use Turbo Tax to confirm that I will not need to file...I do not want to continue with the auto billing and also have to pay to use the online service and pay again. I do fine it very helpful to use turbo tax and appreciate all of the security you provide to our account.

Not so simple and easy

It was more complicated to use this year; I had to use Chat GPT to help. Hopefully, it can be more user-friendly and more common and use simple language. Also, where there were errors in the system, it. It wouldn't help me troubleshoot it or the premium service, so it's not the best feature.
