It's so fast and easy to use Turbo Tax. The price was a little high. I may revisit using Turbo Tax next year.

TurboTax is frustrating to use

Had to do filing over 2 separate days since there was an error occurring with one of my state returns not accepting the amount of tax I had paid to another state. There was no error with my numbers and upon returning on a different day the total was accepted. During this time I did not file the tax documents yet Turbotax charged me for using the product despite the fact that due to an error on TurboTax's part I had not yet completed my returns

Return Amendment

Easy Amendment to the return. It took a bit to file due to the amount of forms i was submitting. Then i realized they had sent me an amended form to a form after i submitted my return. Turbotax easily helped me correct the issue.
