The experience is getting worse every year. You start out to pay one price and then they tell you that you cannot complete your return unless you upgrade for $119 more dollars. I believe it would have been better if, I just go to a company and file in person.

I love working with the Turbo Tax products. I had several questions regarding my 2024 state taxes and Turbo experts were awesome in thoroughly explaining what I did not understand. Kudos to them.

TurboTax charge is high

The system is great love how easy it is to navigate. My only complaint is the price is just to high my normal tax website does not charge this, but for some reason they are not in service for 2024.
