TurboTax saves me time and stress

TurboTax projected 92 minutes to complete my taxes. It took 93. That's pretty impressive, and more importantly, that's a really quick time for all we have to report. We keep good records which helps, but the import feature from printed documents and data transfers makes filing a breeze. :-)

Turbo Tax Needs to Improve

I found it is not as user friendly as in previous years. Other years when you searched a topic you would be brought to your return where the item should be entered. Not anymore you are only given a topic link.

Overall, this year was a better experience than in past years. You were less pushy with the upselling. Thank you. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is you still do not have NFCU available to link to for statements.

Turbo Tax "Free Filing" is far from free.

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file from home, but sure know how to get the maximum fees from everyone. They make you upgrade and pay just to get the forms needed to file. $200+ to file my own taxes is a little ridiculous!

easy to use, i had extra income for an inherited home we sold and i had already done the research to know that there was no gain/loss due to sale to family member. i did not easily see this note and just filled in as i knew it should be.
