The method for retrieving 1099 forms from participating organizations is excellent. Selecting the option of manual entry of data from 1099 forms that cannot be retrieved is poor
Back when I purchased a CD for turbox premier, I could easily switch from software entry to View forms. This feature is gone and I fail to see why.

Turbo tax is not perfect

When I uploaded my document the program misread my state and kept telling me to fix the Zip code instead of the state, this caused us to manually enter and wasted about 30 minutes of time. Please send me a refund for that time.

TurboTax is the Worst

I used to love turbotax when I was a college student. Now I feel I'm taken advantage of an charged ridiculous fees for "processing". I doubt I will ever use this again.
