to many FEES! Each year they come up with something else to charge you for. They want to charge me $39 to file a $0 state tax form!

I believe this is my second time filing with Intuit Turbotax and the experience has been very easy. As long as you have your numbers, the program literally does the rest. I just wished I had used this service much earlier.

Turbo tax has been very helpful with guiding me through the process. The only problem I have is when i select a payment package at the beginning of the filing process by the time i finish and get ready to submit the cost of filing goes up. I have been using turbo tax for 7 years.
