I love it I use it every year. I almost feel bad I don't pay for the live service or any extras. But it makes it so easy I really don't need any of that.

Slimy hidden fee to pay with return

Slimy and dishonest. They tried to hide a $40 'processing fee' to pay out of your return that is not listed in any cost totals. To find out about it I had to click to menu levels deep in the help bar on the right.

I think its ridiculous that I wanted to file for free, BUT you guys MADE me proceed to premium and wouldn't let me move on and continue filing unless I did!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
