TurboTax WAS the best... Now tho?

turbo tax is the easiest program I've found to do this annoying paperwork. I just had an issue with data entry, and it took me an hour to fix. It took 2 help desk agents; had to delete a entire file just to fix 1 datapoint, and it STILL costs me $200 to file. "$90" to file my hairy butt. I've used turbo tax almost every year since 2009, and I'm now considering going elsewhere next year. FILING should not cost almost HALF my return, especially when the only help I got was from your support techs, not your tax advice. This program was king of the tax season for almost 10 years, now its a decently coded joke.

I have used TurboTax for years and it’s always quick and easy to use. They are very helpful when you don’t understand something and simplify items so it doesn’t become overwhelming or confusing to file taxes.

They let you waste an hour of your time before hitting you with a nearly $200 bill for a simple file. Go to IRS Free File and save yourself money.
