Too Many Solicitations & Expensive

Constant solicitations to use the max services and charge you more. If you don't pay attention, you will accidentally accept. It disrupts the tax filing process and irritates me. Not sure I will continue to use this service. Very expensive.

I did it myself. I like that it guided me through the process and provided safety nets for different areas to check my accuracy. I also appreciated that I could level up if I needed a tax expert. Some years have had more reasons to do this than others.

Turbotax improvement

We have been used this for many years and one thing is confused us that is some of questions are not very clearly stated and there were on explanation to help to check the correct answer and the format are changes
so it is very hard to follow sometime and customer service should have more persons to answer the questions
all over we like the turbo tax but like to see more user friendly for the senior citizens
