LAST TIME I use Turbo Tax. What a rip off, I paid $39 dollars and filed. My form was rejected because of a missing marketplace form. After fixing that and going to refile Turbo Tax says I have to pay for Premium now because of some business form. The form was filed originally! It was not added on. So you let me file the form the first time but on the refile you force me to pay more? Never again...

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and I have never had any issues, it is very easy to use, and the process is smooth. definitely worth the money!

Graphics are glorious for the kindergartener in you. No reason for the chaos of the distractions. Just let me enter the data and move on. Oh, vague answers are annoying also. Maybe a link to tax codes would be worth the $
