Frustrating

For the second year in a row, it would not allow me to e-file. It kept saying I had a number wrong for a RMD account. I checked it a dozen times and everything was put in correctly. It was the exact number on the 1099-R form. I find this very frustrating!

So disappointed in your online product!

I have filed taxes with Turbo Tax's CD for 18 years. I loved it! It walked me through every situation, kept track of my refund (or tax liability) instantly at the top of the form. It was user-friendly and I trusted the results.
Your online product makes me look for the situations that apply (it took forever to find the area to put my 1099 B results). When information was transferred to my state return, it ended up showing a refund of $37,260! I could find no way to correct that. I had no choice but to delete my return so that it wouldn't be automatically e-filed. The bottom line is, I paid double what I have paid in the past for your CD for an extremely inferior online product. I don't need stylized people dancing across the screen, I need a user friendly product that will restore my trust in your calculations.
