Not a Free Filing Product

Your pricing structure is not as affordable as advertised, particularly for individuals seeking your so-called "free service." Unless a filer has extremely simple tax information, the service is far from free. Additionally, the $40 fee to pay with a refund adds an unnecessary financial burden. Charging individuals to file taxes—especially those with limited financial resources—feels unreasonable and counterproductive.

My state taxes were not filed three times. The error codes and descriptions did not help. I am taking what I can from the state using this software, but no longer have the faith I did in it.

Too much behind the scenes that I can't print

I want to be able to print the 1040 and all supporting worksheets. I had to go to the IRS website to print the Social Security worksheet and hand calc my taxable soc security income. Your explanation was too vague.
I also want an obvious place to get a print of the form once I've entered all my data....couldn't do that until I got into the efile section. Way too late.
