Decent Application

I switched from another tax application because I couldn't it to calculate the tax amount correctly. I even called to point out the problem. Nothing they could/would do.

I don’t like the new format

It was ok. The previous years format was much better. I could easily go into subcategories and see what I put in. Also, during the review I could not search the subcategories...it just said let’s look at state, NEXT, and you could not dive down into it. Much less user friendly. I think someone wanted to simplify and they oversimplified. Go back to the way it was.
