Easy but Pushy

I love how easy and convenient TurboTax is, especially because it imports my information from the previous year and that I can scan my documents with my phone. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the consistent push to upgrade. I made my choice at the beginning and they make it purposefully confusing to reject an upgrade.

I have been a repeat user for many years now and not only has it been pretty easy and informative to use since the beginning, but the website/app also gets easier to use every year. I am very happy with my experience with turbo tax and plan on continuing to use it next year! I 100% recommend using it for all your taxes needs.
