Lots of import capability for small investors.

Super easy to use. Has the information needed for investment, stocks, and other types of income also and can directly import the 1099 from many brokerages and banks which is what I like the most.

Rejected return hard to re-file

It was very easy to fill everything out and it walked me through the process. I ran into trouble after my return was rejected twice. I had to do a lot of work to manually figure out what was wrong and change it. It would have been great if I was prompted to change the issue rather than needing to find it myself after I had already paid.
