Becoming worse each year...

I want to use them because i have been with them for almost 10 years. but the upcharges and constant pop up of wanting to share my information is getting old quick. I also don't like that when you decline they wont let you file, it sends you into a whole circle.

commercials advertised it was free to file if 1) you didnt use turbo tax last year. and 2) file before 2\18. i qualified for both of those. yet still had to pay
