May be my last year with Turbo Tax--Not Happy

2024 SUCKED BIG TIME. First, you removed the Fed and State counter for Owed/Refund from the top left that showed the impact of every entry. If this isn't returned, I will not use Turbo Tax next year after over 15 years with you. Second, there was some known error with the K-I entry that took several contacts and calls with support to get resolved. Also, had to fight with the autobot to let me talk to someone about your technical error without trying to charge me for LIve Tax Support which I didn't need, just for you to address the problem with your software.

I like the ease of TurboTax, but was really ticked when they charged me a $35 fee to deposit into my own account instead of an affiliate with their institution.

I understand the recommendations, but if I was not used to working with TurboTax I can see how others are conned into purchasing more than they need. Especially paying for a tax return that is free to file elsewhere.

Turbo Tax has been our go-to tax software for over a decade! The way they carry information over from one year to the next makes it so much easier to file. I finished our taxes in less than 2 hours with 5 kids and two businesses! I appreciate their reliability.
