Fast and easy!

Turbotax is my go to! When I don't have anything too complicated, I like to use it to maximize my return and not have to deal with the hassle of using an accountant.

This felt like a complete bait and switch with the filing fees at the beginning versus what it actually cost to file at the end. Also, the frustration of the constant shameless plugs of "do you want to upgrade" but your screen "hit a snag" every two minutes was about as obnoxious as the state taxes I filed. I'm so frustrated with the seemingly new setup and review for this system, especially when Turbo Tax fills in boxes of certain forms that I assume are being done correctly, but when I "need to review" something, it takes me to the actual form, which I have not seen the entire time because that's not how you set up the formatting on your page, leaving confusion (likely intentionally) so people will pay to upgrade to another tier of Turbo Tax service. Susan, I'm disappointed in the system and have been for two years running. I'm sure no bot or CEO cares, but I won't be using you anymore. I was left feeling super frustrated with a desire to run to the nearest local office (if I could find one) and be antagonistic to the people there.

Tubo tax more like Turbo trash

turbo tax is a scam in my opinion. To be forced to upgrade to max when it let me enter in my documents just fine is ridiculous. Especially for something that can be filed for free. AND for the basic to cost 60 dollars alone? It's overpriced like crazy.
