was not happy thought this was free you charged me 89.00 to file then another 40.00 cause i used my own acct for direct deposit :(

Over charging for a simple straight return. Also, not user friendly at all. If you go back to correct something the program makes you start over doesn't give an option to skip state tax questions. If you go back and make a correction on federal, makes you answer state questions over again too. Constantly tries to slip additional fees in. I probably won't use the service again.
