good but expensive

its expensive but there is solid value. if you have more complex situation (rental, self employed, investments, ...) it is a very good way to get your taxes done. And you can expense the cost.

Does a decent job, but still painful, constantly revisiting pages that you've already clicked through. It really needs to figure out that you've already answered certain questions.
