Turbo Tax fits my needs!

Turbotax has been great to use annually. I appreciate that TurboTax is a one stop tax service thats informative and access to answers I can easily obtain. Sometimes taxes are not clear and have their own complications, but I am satisfied with TurboTax for my needs. I do think its a little overpriced to file taxes especially with the a la carte filing options.

Works, but be aware of them trying to scam you

Works mostly well, but too much upsell, to many "scams" like early payment with clearly stating that it will cost a bunch of money, just be honest about it and select the sensible default.

Was worried I was going to have to go to a tax preparer this year bc I inherited some different account types, but Turbo Tax walked me thru it and i'm confident I did as well as any paid preparer could do!

This was the most exasperating experience I have ever had. Actually yelling out loud because of the absolute minimalist help provided. Finally found answers I needed outside of the software. Not a good showing.
