The interface is great, extra charges not so much.

The interface is definitely clean and easy to use, however the fact that after I get all of my info put in and I'm about to file I suddenly find out I HAVE to pay $89 for premier because I sold a single stock (at a loss) and can't proceed otherwise plus the $40 processing fee if I want to pay with my refund has left a rather sour taste in my mouth. Next year I'll be giving FreeTaxUSA a try.

I would like the ability to see the actual forms (Federal and/or State) as I'm filling them out. Answering questions as a step-by-step process is great. But there are times I want to see the information I'm answering in the form itself before the final FILE step.
