2024 Online Software Proved A Challenge

I've enjoyed TurboTax for years, but for 2024, I found the software problematic. Financial Information that I provided was not consistently stored and had to be re-entered. When I used camera shots to submit my 1099 forms, it was chaos, hit or miss. I called customer assistance and the technical assistant began to walk me through the numerous detailed bits of information that were missing from the Snap app (camera) uploading of my data. We were disconnected with no proper goodbye. I simply cleared my entire document and hand entered what was requested, a familiar process with only one error noted.

Mobile only app needs work

Somewhat user-friendly on the mobile phone. Needs improvement as it is hard to navigate. I had to complete the return on my computer because I could not go back to a certain form while using my phone.
