Awful! I spend hours going through expenses and none showed up on my return. I have to hire someone else to fix what I already paid for at Turbo Tax.

I am still not sure if I correctly inputted info regarding our backdoor IRA contributions. First time I have filed with you and don't feel 100% confident of return's accuracy. Other than that, helpful process.

It would be helpful to have a checklist of documents and information needed before starting the process (ie, ID's, last year's return, etc.)

I believe this is the most I have paid for Turbotax in the years I have been using them. If rates are higher next year, I will go to a local tax expert.
